Anna Kathryn Loncharich

Anna Kathryn "Katie" Loncharich, 83, of Latrobe passed away Thursday, Sept. 30, 2010, at home. Born Dec. 15, 1926, in Whitney, she was a daughter of the late Stephen J. Pavel and Anna Major. Katie was homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony W. Loncharich, in 1997; two brothers, Michael and Steve Pavel, and a sister, Martha Johnston. She is survived by five children, Mrs. Steve (Kathleen) Byerly of West Palm Beach, Fla., Mrs. John (Jean) Jellison of Baggaley, James T. Ross of Latrobe, Mrs. Gary (Judith) Seremet of Orlando, Fla., and Susan Ross of Sorrento, Fla., and six grandchildren. There was no public visitation. A private funeral service was held in Frederick Funeral Home Inc., Latrobe. Burial was in St. Vincent Cemetery, Unity Township.
