Chad William Bleehash, 42, of Latrobe, died Sunday, May 1, 2016, at home. He was born Oct. 16, 1973, in Latrobe, a son of Thomas Bleehash and Anne (Berkelbach) Bleehash. He was a math teacher for Littlestown High School, Littlestown. He was a graduate of St. Vincent College. Chad was a huge Penn State fan and was a proud member of the Nittany Lion Club. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charles and Katherine Berkelbach; and his paternal grandparents, William and Helen Bleehash. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Jay Bleehash and his wife, Paula; sister, Allison (Bleehash) Keslar and her husband, Ron; and five beloved nieces and nephews, Jacob and Emily Bleehash and Lily, Izzy and Jax Keslar. Chad will be remembered by the countless students whose lives he touched, friends who were drawn to his sense of humor and his kind heart, his family who loved him dearly and his nieces and nephews who were his whole world. Visitation from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe, PA 15650. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at the funeral home with Pastor Tom Kennedy officiating. Burial in Unity Cemetery, Latrobe. In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a charitable endowment with the mission to promote youth scholarship and development to honor Chad's love of teaching at Littlestown High School.
