Clarence D. John Jr., 82, of Latrobe, died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017, at Concordia Lutheran Ministries, in Cabot. Born July 1, 1935, in Ford City, to the late Clarence D. John Sr. and Marie (Eloi) John, he was raised in West Mifflin. He was a retired mechanical engineer from Westinghouse, with 57 years of service. He was a graduate of Carnegie Institute of Technology, a member of Ligonier Lodge No. 331 F&AM, and an Army veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a half sister, Elvira Shedo. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Audrey Jean (Rosenbusch) John; three children, Victoria Trevino, Daniel John, and his wife, Francesca, and John John, and his wife, Lacey; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017, at FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe, PA 15650. Ligonier Lodge No. 331 F&AM will conduct a Masonic Funeral Service at 7:00 PM Thursday in the funeral home. A graveside service, with military honors accorded by Army representatives, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29, 2017, at Jefferson Memorial Park, 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pittsburgh.
