Glenn E. "Reddog" Bush, 59, of Latrobe died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. Born Aug. 22, 1948, in Latrobe, he was the son of the late William E. Bush Sr. and Laura Bell Stevens Bush. He was a retired corrections officer for Regional 5 SCI, Greensburg, and was a member of Latrobe United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 982, The White House, Youngstown Fire Hall and the Slovak Club. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran. In adition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul and Dale Bush. Surviving are his wife, Jeannine (Priestas) Bush; three sons, William J. Bush and his wife, Donna, of Blairsville, and James A. and Glenn E. Bush, both of Latrobe; four grandchildren, Chad McIntire, and Brianna, Hannah and William "Bubba" Bush; three brothers, William E. Bush Jr. and his wife, Barbara, of Latrobe, John T. Bush and his wife, Arley, of Derry, and Don C. Bush and his wife, Karen, of Acme, and two sisters, Jo Ann Blasko and her husband, Mike, of Derry, and Lola Nalevanko and her husband, John, of Crabtree. Family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Frederick Funeral Home Inc., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the funeral home with the Rev. Aimee W. Twigg officiating. Burial will be private. The combined funeral detail of American Legion Post 515 and VFW Post 3414 will provide military honors 9:30 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.
