Hulda L. Kelly, 86, of Youngstown, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2007, in Loyalhanna Care Center, Derry Township. She was born Oct. 29, 1920, in Latrobe, daughter of the late Gilbert Ira and Anna Catherine Poole Mikesell. She was a homemaker and member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Youngstown. She was a Sunday school teacher at St. James for many years and a faithful member of the church's many organizations. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter D. Kelly, in 2001; ten brothers and sisters, Frederica Piper, Kenneth Mikesell, Raoul Mikesell, Marie Drum Barkley, Merle Mikesell, Clair Mikesell, Edgar Mikesell, Raymond Mikesell, Emery Mikesell and Ruth Schaack. She is survived by a son, Richard L. Kelly and his wife, Regina, of Youngstown; and a sister, Eleanor Kells, of Youngstown. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC. 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church. (Everyone should go directly to the church.) Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. David P. Von Schlichten. Burial in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Youngstown.
