Jeff Younker

Jeff Younker, 63, of Derry and formally of Bolivar, PA, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, PA. Born February 20, 1961, to the late F. Joseph and Norma (Kern) Younker, in Ligonier, PA, Jeff is survived by his daughter, Nicole (Lawrence) Tiberi; his son, Lucas (Carolyn) Younker; and his grandchildren, Landen, Lincoln and Charlotte (Charlie), all of Ligonier PA. He is also survived by sisters, Terry Cronin of Bolivar and Debra (Randy) Felgar and brother, Frank Younker Jr., both of Ligonier, PA and Aunt, Shirley McCarthy of New Florence, PA. Surviving are many nieces and nephews. Jeff was talented in many areas and enjoyed painting the “Bob Ross” way with “happy little trees”, carving wood projects, such as walking sticks, hummingbirds and duck heads. He handcrafted flies for fishing and had just finished a beautiful guitar that he had assembled and stained. Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents were his sisters, Mary Louise (infant), Lori K Bloom (2016) and Jamie S. Erwin (2016) and a brother, Kenneth Scott (infant), and his “Significant Partner for Life”, Darlene Roddy Ambrose (2021). At Jeff’s request-there will be no viewing or services.
