Kathryn C. (Krall) Keys

Kathryn C. (Krall) Keys, 93, of Ligonier, died Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, at Ligonier Gardens Personal Care & Retirement Center, Ligonier. She was born Nov. 24, 1921, in Pleasant Unity, daughter of the late Andrew Krall and Anna Phil. She was a homemaker and a member of Christ United Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank E. Keys, in 2003; and a brother, Rudy Krall. She is survived by two daughters, Carol Watkins and her husband, Thomas, of Kitty Hawk, N.C., and Kathy Keys, of Cartersville, Ga.; her son, Frank Keys and his wife, Michelle, of Latrobe; seven grandchildren, Michael Watkins, Traci Potter, Kristy Mitchell, Kelly Albaugh, Max Badstibner, Megan Keys and Danielle Keys; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Andrew Krall and his wife Rose of Pleasant Unity, PA and William Krall of Latrobe ,PA as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014, at FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe, PA 15650. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Christ United Church of Christ, 1414 Ligonier Street, Latrobe, PA 15650, with the Rev. Cindy Parker, Pastor as celebrant. Burial will be at Unity Cemetery, Latrobe. Kathryn's family wishes to extend special thanks for the loving care from the staff of Ligonier Gardens.
