Margaret E. (Szabo) Voytilla, 76, of Latrobe, passed away Friday, July 22, 2016 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, PA. She was born May, 8, 1940 in Latrobe to the late John and Anna (Sipovics) Szabo. She was a retired cashier for Eckerd Drug. She was a member of St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church, Bradenville, PA. She enjoyed gardening and cooking and she adored her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 47 years Thomas M. Voytilla; two children Jeffrey R. Voytilla and his wife Jamie of Latrobe and Jennifer L. Smith and her husband Richard of Irwin; five grandchildren Michael, Joshua, and CJ Voytilla, Liam and Skylar Smith; a sister Mary Ann Hamilton; a sister-in-law Barbara Shaulis; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held Monday, July 25, 2016 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home Inc., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe PA 15650. A Parastas service will be held at 7 PM Monday in the funeral home. A Panachida service will be held at 8:30 AM Tuesday in the funeral home followed by the Divine Liturgy at 9 AM at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Bradenville.
