Mary Jane Love, 83, of Latrobe passed away Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, in Allegheny General Hospital.
Born June 5, 1933, in Greensburg, she was a daughter of the late Wayne DeForest Love Sr. and Mary Pearl Thompson Love.
Mary Jane formerly worked in the Latrobe Hospital housekeeping department, and Holnaiders Market as a cashier for 29 years.
She was a member of the Church of the Brethren of Greensburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepbrother, Howard Love; stepsister, Margaret Halstead, and a nephew, Mark Ridilla.
She is survived by seven brothers and sisters, James Love, Elizabeth Love, Wayne (Debbie) Love, Marian (Bob) Gibson, Robert (Donna) Love, Nancy (John) Ridilla and Kathy (Regis) Shandel; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; several cousins; godson, Matthew Ridilla, and an aunt, Nellie Mickey.
Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, in Frederick Funeral Home Inc., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe.
A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 24, in the funeral home with Pastor Lisa Fike officiating.
Private burial will be in Ligonier Valley Cemetery, Ligonier Township.
The family would like the staff at Excela Health Latrobe Dialysis and Allegheny General Hospital for the compassionate care given to Mary over the last several years.
