Patty J. Ford, 79, of Hostetter died Tuesday, June 10, 2008, in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. Born Jan. 2, 1929, in Columbus, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Nelson and Colie (Boswell) Jeffery. Patty was a homemaker and a member of Christian Life Fellowship Church, Unity Township, and God Holy Temple Church, Mobile, Ala. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Ford, in 1998; a daughter, Coley Eddington; three brothers, Mark Jeffery, Dick Jeffery and Nelson Jeffery Jr., and a sister, Ester Young. She is survived by her children, the Rev. and Mrs. Ernest (Betty) Eddington of New Stanton, Mrs. Tom (Jackie) Jeffery of Youngstown, Mrs. Robert (Sadie) Jeffery of Mobile and Mrs. Greg (Cookie) Spragg of Hostetter; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a brother, Henry Jeffery, and two sisters, Eva Frier and Shirley Young, all of Mobile, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday in Christian Life Fellowship Church, Unity Township, where the funeral service will be held at noon Saturday.
