Richard L. "Dick" Kelly, 73, of Youngstown, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016, at home. Born Feb. 16, 1942, in Youngstown, he was the son of the late Walter and Hulda Mikesell Kelly. He was the owner of Innovative Accounting Concepts of Youngstown for more than 45 years. He was a member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Youngstown. He was a member of the Latrobe High School Class of 1960, and a 1962 graduate of Point Park College, where he received his accounting degree. He was a member of the Jaycees and the Latrobe Kiwanis, where he had served as a treasurer, secretary, vice president, president and lieutenant governor. He served in the Army National Guard. Dick enjoyed boating, camping, golfing, snow skiing, hiking and bicycling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his four-legged children, Bobo, Heidi, Britney, Molly and Blu. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Regina L. (O'Hara) Kelly; their four-legged child, black Lab, Katie; first cousins, Ron Kelly, Arlene Shafer-Kelly, Merle Mikesell, Ed Drum, Aaron Mikesell and Kathy Bangor; and second cousins, Pam Clark, Mandy Newill, Ryan Shafer, Kerry Shafer, Ed Mikesell, Layne Mikesell, Amanda Best and Andrew Bangor. There will be no public visitation. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016, in St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Paul Poerschke officiating. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
