Theodore A. O'Leary

Theodore A. O'Leary, 83, of Greensburg, died Friday, July 6, 2007, at home. Born Oct. 3, 1923, in Long Island, N.Y., he was a son of the late Arthur W. and Zulma M. (Charbonneau) O'Leary. Prior to retirement, he was a manager for Coca-Cola USA. He was a member of St. Vincent Basilica Parish. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rosario M. (Macias) O'Leary, in 2001; and a son, Theodore "Chip" O'Leary, in 1988. He is survived by three sons, Kevin B. O'Leary and his wife, Susan, of Scottsdale, Ariz., Timothy D. O'Leary, of Homer, Alaska, and Brian C. O'Leary and his wife, Amy, of Phoenixville, Pa.; three daughters, Mercedes Miedel and her husband, Mark, of Latrobe, Gloria Robinson and her husband, Marc, of Kutztown, and Christina O'Leary, of Greensburg; and 11 grandchildren. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. Thursday in St. Vincent Basilica, Latrobe. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery, Latrobe. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Covenant House, 5 Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10001. (Covenant House is a Catholic charity serving the needs of runaway and homeless children.
