Victoria L. Miller, 53, of Latrobe, died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009, in Excela Health Hospice Center, Jeannette. She was born Oct. 14, 1955, in Jeannette, a daughter of the late James and Thelma (Turack) Strelec. She was a deli clerk for Giant Eagle and attended Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Isabella Bluey. She is survived by her husband, Samuel J. Miller; a son, James Bluey and his wife, Beth, of Derry; a stepdaughter, Shannon Miller, of Pittsburgh; two grandchildren, Cammeron and Logan Bluey; a sister, Patricia "Trish" Shifko and her husband, Rick, of Ohio; an aunt, Mary Ann; four nephews, Mark, Rickey, Michael and Steven; two cousins, Sandy and Lorretta; a father-in-law, Jacob Miller; as well as numerous brothers and sisters-in-law. Visitation from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Father John-Mary Thompkins, OSB, officiating. Burial is private.
